Our Rates

Monthly: $475.00 with metered electricity 

Overnight: $48.00 plus tax

Uncovered Storage: $75.00 per Month

Covered Storage: $100.00 per Month

Extra Person Fees: $4.50 a night/person, $12.00 a week/per person, $50.00 a month/per person over two adults. Children under 12 are free.

Extra Hour Fee: $2.00/hour past the 11:00 a.m. checkout time.

RV Dumps: $5.00

Amenities Included: Recreational Room, Laundry Facility and Shower Facilities.

Late Fees: 10% charged if more than 5 days late.
